Company Overview

GovettConsulting, LLC  is comprised of two independent senior consultants, Ed Govett and Tom McAfee, who are dedicated to providing valued  results using a combination of experience, expertise,and professionalism.  We do not sell software nor have any referral agreements  -  we only sell ourselves and our services. We are open to any opportunities whether it be direct to a client or via a consulting firm.

Our typical clients range from small to mid-market companies who are looking for senior independent consultants to assist with their challenge.  We have no overhead or complexity or  support staff that may get added on as extra costs. We take advantage of the tremendous amount of public information available today on  software, PM tools, and IT strategy.  We have no large IT staffing services to sell - we just want to be a trusted partner providing senior experienced expertise to your team.  We usually wear many "hats" to provide the added value required for small to mid size companies to execute these type of enterprise wide projects.

The approach is pretty simple - jointly work with clients in an open and no nonsense environment that builds trust and yields FOCUSED results.  We believe in a very hands on approach using active management (walk around, know and meet your customer, and be proactive) to empower the team to stay focused and get things done. We do not bring in an army of consultants - it is about working with YOUR team to facilitate your team learning,  dynamics, and working together to achieve the desired result.  

We have practical/hands-on experience in multiple  industries such as food manufacturing and distribution, eCommerce distribution, aviation MRO, aerospace, medical device, automotive, steel, high-tech, oil & gas (E&P), non-profit organizations, and state government.  This experience helps bridge the gap between technology and business - a critical element of project success.
